These General Conditions of Use and Contracting govern, together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy, the access and use of the website www.succulovers.com (hereinafter, "our website") as well as the contracting of products and/or services through it. The simple access to our website attributes to whoever does it the condition of User of the website and implies the acceptance of all the terms included in these General Conditions. If you do not agree with these General Conditions, you must immediately leave our website without using it.
By accepting these General Conditions, the User declares:
- That he has read, understands and comprehends what is stated here.
- That he is of legal age in accordance with the regulations in force in his place of residence, otherwise the minor must have the authorization of his legal representatives.
- That, in the event that you are willing to contract a product and/or service, you have sufficient capacity to do so.
- That it assumes all the obligations set forth herein.
The User must carefully read these General Conditions each time they access the Portal, since the same and these General Conditions may be modified.
The owner of our website reserves the right to make, at any time, any modification or update of its contents and services, of these General Conditions and, in general, of all the elements that make up the design and configuration from our website.
The modification of these General Conditions will not affect the goods or promotions that had been acquired prior to said modification.
1.- User registration
The use of the services provided by SUCCULOVERS implies the need to provide User data on our website.
The User can proceed to register it by indicating his username and email address. We also give you the option of processing his order as a guest, although for future purchases it is more useful and convenient to register, so you will not have to re-enter all your data. In any case, the User will be required to accept these General Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy.
2.- General conditions
You are acquiring handmade. No two compositions are the same. All individually wrapped in 100% cellulose paper (to avoid damage during transport) and protected with bubble wrap inside a cardboard box. The shipment will be prepared with a drying period that will depend on the state of the plants. Under normal conditions it will be on Mondays.

Shipping time is 3-5 business days but not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any problems during the transit of the shipment.

4.- Selection of products by the User
All registered Users may purchase products through our website. The purchase process at Succulovers is based on a virtual basket, to which the User can add the products they wish to purchase.
To add products to the shopping cart, once the User is on the product description page and has selected the available customization options, he must select the "Add to cart" option provided.
At any time the User can access and modify the content of the basket. If you have made an error in your order and you cannot correct it from your "shopping cart" you must contact us (as soon as possible) to solve the error, since orders cannot be modified or canceled after they have been processed. 5.- Order processing Once the products they wish to purchase are in the shopping cart, the User may start processing the order by selecting the option "View cart", an option that will show the User the content of the virtual cart , allowing the modification of the selected products and their removal from the shopping cart. The User must make sure that the products indicated on the screen are the ones they wish to purchase and select the one corresponding to the shipping address from the listed geographical areas. At this point, the total price of the selected products and the shipping costs generated are shown. Also in this section, the User will be able to view, where appropriate, the promotions automatically applied to their order, use the promotional codes and/or gift vouchers they have. By clicking "Complete purchase", the User accesses a panel where they must indicate the shipping information; To continue with the contracting process, the User must fill in the shipping information, including his full name, telephone number and address, filling in all the fields marked as mandatory. In the next phase of the purchase process, the User must select the payment method. At this time, the User is indicated again the exact amount to pay, resulting from adding the price of the products and the shipping costs. Following the link "PLACE THE ORDER", the User will be taken to the selected payment gateway. Once the payment has been processed correctly, the order will be processed automatically, confirming the order information on the screen and sending an email to the User confirming the operation. 6.- Price of the products The prices of the products are those indicated in the description attached to them. All the prices indicated in the product description are expressed in the Euro currency (€) giving the option of being able to convert it into dollars 7.- Payment method The plants will be sent as long as the payment is made. To make the payment you have several options available: Consult other forms of payment 8.- Confirmation of receipt of acceptance Once the purchase process is completed, the User will receive, at the email address designated in the registration form, a communication specifying the characteristics of the product, price, selected shipping method, contract date, order number and delivery date. 9.- Returns and Right of Withdrawal Excepted from the right of withdrawal are live products such as plants, which in this case will only be returned or replaced for the following reasons: They must communicate it by email to succupot.succulents@gmail.com within 48 hours after receiving it, attaching one or more photographs where the damage to the product and the order number are evident. If you receive the packaging damaged or clearly in poor condition, it is very important that you indicate this on the delivery note of the carrier at the time of receipt, as well as any error or damage in the delivery of the product. Returns for transport reasons must be communicated at the time of receipt of the material in order to claim the transport company.
