Living products such as plants are excepted from the right of withdrawal. which in this case will only be returned or replaced for the following reasons:

• If you receive the wrong plant
• If the plant has suffered damage that affects its health
• If the plants arrive dead
• If the plants have insects

They must communicate it by email to spanishsucculents@gmail.com within 48 hours after receiving it, attaching one or more photographs where the damage to the product and the order number are evident.

If you receive the packaging damaged or clearly in poor condition, it is very important that you indicate this on the delivery note of the carrier at the time of receipt, as well as any error or damage in the delivery of the product. Returns for transport reasons must be communicated at the time of receipt of the material in order to claim the transport company
